Tim Hebert1

Tim Hebert - Chairman 

Oscar ‘Tim’ Hebert has always been a visionary. Over the past two decades, Hebert has acquired a wealth of experience and firsthand knowledge in the leading edge information technologies sector. Tim has become a much sought after speaker and consultant for his expertise in devising strategic technological solutions to help national and international companies. He has served as the Chief Operating Officer for Atrion Networking Corporation since 1990, when he and his partner co-founded the company. In October 2006, Hebert assumed the role of President and Chief Executive Officer of Atrion as the company transitioned.

Hebert serves on numerous technical councils and boards for such manufacturers as Cisco Systems, RSA, The Security Division of EMC, Packeteer, and 1Nservice. In September of 2006 Hebert was also appointed the role of President/Chairman of the Board for the Rhode Island TechCollective, and in January of 2008, Tim was named Chairman of 1nservice. Hebert also serves as a member of the Chief Executive Officers Club. In each of his functions he is called on to provide his vision to help these entities face the new challenges of technological changes as well as spearhead growth tactics.

 

 John T. Tarduno 

John Tarduno - Vice Chairmen

John is President and Chief Executive Officer of Rockefeller Group Technology Solutions, Inc. RGTS provides and manages a broad range of business communications services with an emphasis on delivering superior client service and support. As President and CEO of RGTS, John is responsible for all aspect of RGTS’s operations, performance and strategy. RGTS is a subsidiary of The Rockefeller Group. John joined The Rockefeller Group in 1986 and was Supervisor of Internal Audit until 1994, moving on he became Director of Internal Audit for Reichmann International, L.P., of New York, and later the Chief Financial Officer and Director of Internal Audit for Medimax, Inc., of New York. John has since returned to The Rockefeller Group as the Director of Internal Audit. In January 2004, he became the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of RGTS. John graduated from St. John’s University with a B.S. in accounting, and is a Certified Public Accountant.

   

John Breakey - Treasurer  

John is the co-founder and CEO of UNIS LUMIN, a technology outsourcing and systems integration company headquartered in Oakville, Ontario.  With a strong management/financial background, John has grown UNIS LUMIN from a home-based business into a major player in the IT industry in Canada.  In 1998, John co-founded 1NService.  Headquartered in Seattle, 1NService’s primary focus is to provide clients with a network of like-minded companies across the continent to service clients territorial needs. John is a regular speaker at industry trade shows and webinars, serves as a network industry consultant, writes for Healthcare Communications and Computing Canada magazines, and frequently contributes topical articles for publication in other trade journals.

 

 Robert Paul 

Robert Paul - Secretary

Robert “Bob” Paul is the Chief Administrative Officer, Vice President, and Corporate Counsel of Rockefeller Group Technology Solutions, Inc. (“RGTS”). Bob has been involved in the IT world since 1980 when his law firm asked him to take a lead in negotiating mainframe hardware and custom-written software vendor contracts for the firm.

At RGTS, Bob oversees contract administration and negotiation with clients, carriers, suppliers, and partners, and manages the company’s regulatory and other compliance activities.

Bob has a long track record as an attorney and business counselor in New York City and Brussels, Belgium, with experience not only in technology, but also in real estate and finance, wealth management, and private equity investing. In 2007 Bob was honored by being elected to the American College of Real Estate Lawyers, the premier organization of American real estate lawyers. He served from 2001 to 2006 as the editor-in-chief of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Journal, and remains active in the work of the American Bar Association.  Bob graduated from Dartmouth College and Georgetown University Law Center.

 

  

George Demou - Director

George has worked in the technology industry for over 20 years and run companies in the Contact Center & IP Telephony Industry for the past 12 years.  George has fulfilled many leadership roles as Director of Sales for IKON, joint ownership of SPC Communications in 1997, and as an Officer for Avtex in 2002.  George purchased Data Accessories in 2005 and now is an Owner of Transcend (formerly Data Accessories). 

George often contributes his expertise to the industry by participating in the Gartner IP Telephony Panel, Contact Center Network Group and various industry relating speaking engagements.  George currently holds a seat on the;

  • ShoreTel Partner Board of Advisers
  • Avaya VAR Council
  • UW Stout IT MIS Board of Advisers

In addition George is actively involved in the community he lives.

   Pat Grillo  

 Pasquale (Pat) Grillo - Director

Pat is the founder and President of Atrion Communications Resources, Inc (ACR), a reseller and integrator of state-of-the-art data communications equipment and services. Over the past 21 years ACR has evolved into an industry leader in integrated computer networking and advanced network security. Pat is a pioneer in the computer networking and advanced technology industries. He was particularly instrumental in the creation of the value added reseller (VAR) channel model that forms backbone of high tech industry sales and service worldwide. Prior to founding ACR, Pat gathered more than 30 years of experience in sales and sales management for several high tech companies. He has brought his combined experiences to 1nservice to enable the success of our partners.     

Pat’s experience and his personal deep commitment to total customer satisfaction allows 1NService to specialize in working with Fortune 1000 companies.  Pat has established exclusive contracts with companies such as Johnson & Johnson, Armstrong World Industries, Dun & Bradstreet and FactSet Data.  He has also established vendor-partnering agreements with a number of leading pharmaceutical and financial companies in the New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania region.

Pat has previously served as 1NService Board Chairman. Pat is currently a member of numerous manufacturer executive advisory councils and a member of Computer Reseller News’s Editorial Cabinet. Pat served four years in the United States Marines Corps and is a Vietnam Veteran.
