John Breakey - Board Chairman
John is the co-founder and CEO of UNIS LUMIN, a technology outsourcing and systems integration company headquartered in Oakville, Ontario. With a strong management/financial background, John has grown UNIS LUMIN from a home-based business into a major player in the IT industry in Canada. In 1998, John co-founded 1NService. Headquartered in Seattle, 1NService’s primary focus is to provide clients with a network of like-minded companies across the continent to service clients territorial needs. John is a regular speaker at industry trade shows and webinars, serves as a network industry consultant, writes for Healthcare Communications and Computing Canada magazines, and frequently contributes topical articles for publication in other trade journals.

Dave Casey - Board Vice Chairman
Dave Casey has held C-level positions with Westron Communications, Inc. (www.westron.com) for over 20 years, and currently serves the company as CEO. Subsequent to co-founding Westron in 1985 in the wake of the breakup of the Bell system, Dave helped build the company utilizing his background in the many disciplines of IT including mainframe, distributed and centralized processing, application delivery, and WAN/ LAN networking.
Casey is responsible for all aspects of Westron’s executive management including finance and operations. Prior to his current position, Dave was responsible for the company’s sales and technical services organizations, overseeing the company’s transition from a regional data-only network integrator serving the SMB market to a national Unified Communications Solution Provider concentrating on the higher-end enterprise and public sector market.
Dave’s unique quality of applying complex technology solutions to address basic business requirements has enabled him to prove the value of the Westron brand to a broad array of enterprise clients for many years. Comfortable in a whiteboard session with technologists or across the table from the executive committee, Casey has earned a reputation for excellence, innovation, and fiscal responsibility among his peers, the vendor community, and the many clients Westron serves. He currently serves as a business and technical advisory council member for Adtran (NASDAQ:ADTN), ShoreTel (NASDAQ:SHOR), and Ruckus Wireless, a pre-IPO company focused on enterprise wireless technology. In the past he has filled similar roles with Motorola, NEC, MICOM, and Juniper Networks, as well as the STARTech technology business incubator in Richardson, TX.
In 1998, Dave was instrumental in the formation of the North American-wide 1nService, Inc. IT services consortium (www.1nservice.com), which has grown to over 30 organizations in 7 countries representing in excess of $1.5B in revenue. Westron holds an equity position in 1nService, and Casey has served as chair of the Technical Services Special Interest Group, as well as board level responsibilities for the organization.
Prior to founding Westron, Casey served in various sales and sales management positions with Infinet, Inc. (now Memotec) and Unisys. Dave graduated from the State University of NY at Buffalo with a BS in Business Management (minor in Music) and promptly relocated to Dallas, TX. (Wouldn’t you?)
Dave is married to Doris, and is enjoying raising two teenage sons who challenge every management and technical capability a dad can muster. His interests include hockey (particularly at the NCAA level), the Fightin’ Texas Aggies, as well as fly fishing, motorcycling, Porsche Club racing, Boy Scouts, and classic rock.

Robert Paul - Secretary
Robert “Bob” Paul is the Chief Administrative Officer, Vice President, and Corporate Counsel of Rockefeller Group Technology Solutions, Inc. (“RGTS”). Bob has been involved in the IT world since 1980 when his law firm asked him to take a lead in negotiating mainframe hardware and custom-written software vendor contracts for the firm.
At RGTS, Bob oversees contract administration and negotiation with clients, carriers, suppliers, and partners, and manages the company’s regulatory and other compliance activities.
Bob has a long track record as an attorney and business counselor in New York City and Brussels, Belgium, with experience not only in technology, but also in real estate and finance, wealth management, and private equity investing. In 2007 Bob was honored by being elected to the American College of Real Estate Lawyers, the premier organization of American real estate lawyers. He served from 2001 to 2006 as the editor-in-chief of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Journal, and remains active in the work of the American Bar Association. Bob graduated from Dartmouth College and Georgetown University Law Center.

John E. Millar - Treasurer
John Millar is the Preseident of Digital Boundary Group (DBG). DBG joined 1nService in 2009.
John earned an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario (1993) and a law degree from the University of Western Ontario (1993). He also has a Bachelor of Physical Education degree from the University of Manitoba (1974).
Prior to founding Digital Boundary Group, John practiced law in the High Tech and E-Business Practice Group of Harrison Pensa LLP, having been a founding member of the group. While at Harrison Pensa, John was the firm's representative in the Meritas Law Firms Worldwide organization. John remains a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, Information Technology Section, and the Canadian Corporate Counsel Association.
John is a published author, having co-authored Legal Landmines in e-Commerce published in 2002 by McGraw-Hill.
John also has over 25 years of senior level management experience with national and international companies. From 1974 until 1988 he worked with Labatt Brewing Company holding various positions including Director of Marketing, Alberta, Vice-President of Marketing, Oland Breweries, Atlantic Canada and Director of Marketing Services, Labatt Brewing Company, Canada.
He is a past Governor of the Universtiy of Western Ontario and is immediate past Chair of Fanshawe College's College Advisory Committee - Information Technology.
In 2008 John was elected as Director of Information Technology Association of Canada - Ontario Chapter.
He and his wife Sharon have three children and six grandchildern.

David Austin - Director
David is the Executive Vice President and General Manager of Smartnet Inc., Smartnet Inc. is a Maryland based Enterprise Integration firm focused in the federal government marketplace with corporate certifications from the SBA, which include; WBE, SDB, HUBZone, and 8(a). These set-aside qualifications allow Smartnet to engage in unique sole-source task opportunities within the government procurement process. Coupled with the 1NService affiliation, Smartnet can truly provide second-to-none technology solutions nationally to our government clients. David is responsible for strategic vision, customer and vendor relations and oversees all sales and marketing activities for Smartnet. His ultimate focus is on the sales organization and providing the tools and support to drive consultative led selling solutions. This approach insures that Smartnet follows the customer’s lead in determining the company’s direction on products, services, training, and image. His emphasis on continuous improvement and accountability to the customer are key enablers in positioning Smartnet as a quality, value driven organization. David has been in the IT hardware and services industry since the mid 1980’s, and has been involved in the government marketplace since 1989. He graduated from Kutztown State University in 1984 with a BA in Marketing.

Darren Bridges - Director
Darren Bridges, President for Safe Systems, has worked with community financial institutions on their networking needs for over 20 years and has worked for Safe Systems for over 16 years. He is an expert in many areas of financial institution technology and leads strategy implementations that better equip financial institutions with the proper resources. As President, he maintains Safe Systems' focus on the needs of the marketplace, forecasting new technology, and responding with innovative, compliant-driven products. Before becoming President, Bridges managed the Engineering, Technology and Education, Project Management and Support Center departments at Safe Systems. In addition to his daily management responsibilities, Bridges was responsible for overseeing business development and monitoring client satisfaction and Safe Systems' level of service. Bridges' prior experience also includes working as the Engineering Manager for the COIN Banking Division of MicroBilt. Bridges holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management Information Systems from Georgia Southern University. In 2006, he was awarded the College of Information Technology Alumni of the Year.
