Paul Cronin - Chief Executive Officer

Paul is responsible for delivering one of the highest standards of customer service in the networking industry to a client list of fortune 1000 companies throughout the United States as well as internationally. Paul is a 25-year veteran in the data communications/ networking industry. Paul's ability to select personnel who inevitably have a high degree of positive impact on the corporation's profitability and customer service satisfaction, has given him advantages that the vanguard of a successful management team relies upon for their continued success. Paul has studied Business and Technology. He is a part-time professor at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI where he teaches IT Call Center Management. Paul is instrumental in the creation and development of the alliances 1nService has today due to his ability to communicate the 1nService vision, mission, purpose, and advantage to the 1nService community and the industry. While, providing direction and support through strategic changes and enhancements to the current organization.  He creates alliances with key associations, suppliers, consultants, and industry leaders and his strategic leadership  is focused on making 1nService the premier collaborative network in the world.

Jo Miller - Director of Partner Relations

Jo has over 25 years of relationship, procurement, and marketing experience with technology companies.  Within the data networking and telecommunications industry, Ms. Miller focused on Business Development and Relationships by, identifying unique pathways to create revenue and return on investment.  She has gained expertise by working with small entrepreneurial firms to Fortune 500 companies.  In her role as Director of Partner Relations for 1nService, Jo is responsible for maintaining and developing relationships in the 1nService community.  Through the development of these relationships, revenue opportunity and faster return on investment is made.  A key focus for this role is member relations that drive revenue and return on investment for membership, strategic alliance, and 1nService.  Jo is responsible for maintaining 1nService member relations and strategic alliances that drive revenue to the members.  She is also responsible for the development of partner programs that create extreme value for 1nService sponsors and alliance partners.  In addition to maintaining a cohesive community of advanced technology solutions providers, Jo is a vital resource for 1nService in daily leadership and her contributions to overall business goals including daily operations.  Jo is passionate about business and people, and is a perpetual student of leadership, connecting people to do great things!

Tim Claflin - Marketing

With over thirty years of advertising, design and marketing experience, Tim Claflin has proven himself as an experienced creative problem solver. Having worked his way up the ranks to Senior Art Director at the now defunct Spencer, Bennett & Nowak advertising agency , Tim ventured out  to form his own company in 1986 and has never looked back. His work as a designer and art director have won him Best of Show, as well as other first place awards, at the R.I. Supershow, Providence Journal “Page One” and Hatch Awards (Boston). Tim’s design work has been recognized by Strathmore, Neenah and Simpson Paper Companies, with one piece being selected as a National Gold Award finalist by Neenah. In 1998, a corporate identity program he designed was published in a hardbound book titled “The 100 Best Identity Designs”.
Since the late 90’s, Tim has decided not to enter awards shows. The greater reward is client success and not the addition of creative work to a portfolio. The basic premise is that too many designers focus their work on their own growth and not the most effective marketing solution for their client. Creative problem solving and client success must be mutually compatible.

Over the years Tim has worked with large and small clients to help solve their advertising, design and marketing needs. Now, Tim is responsible for 1nService's marketing materials and efforts.  Despite winning awards, Tim has the ability to capture the true essence of an organizations culture and reflect that message in his productions, not to mention the creative problem solving skills Tim brings to the table. The ability to convert problems to opportunities using creative problem solving skills and a vast base of marketing skills to arrive at meaningful solutions quicker, and thus, more cost-effectively.
